I was kind of in a rush when I ordered two pairs of shoes from Shoe Dept Encore, so I was really hoping nothing got messed up. Luckily, both pairs showed up exactly how I picked them online. The sizes, colors, and styles were all right, with no mix-ups or missing anything. Shipping was fine too, but the best part was opening the box and seeing everything was correct the first time...

"Good selection, but the wait was annoying"
I like shopping on shoedeptencore because they’ve got a lot of brands all in one spot. I was able to find Nike shoes for my son and Skechers for myself without having to search forever, which was nice. The prices were decent too. My only frustration was the waiting — it felt like it took longer than I expected to get everything, and I kept checking for updates. Still, it’s nice having that much variety in one place

"Looked Nice, But Comfort Was Just Okay??"
I ordered a pair of shoes from Shoe Dept Encore and they looked good when they arrived. At first they felt fine, so I thought they were going to be really comfortable, but after walking around in them for a while my feet started hurting a bit?? Not terrible or anything, just more average than I expected. Shipping was okay too, nothing special but no big issues.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size boots from Shoe Dept Encore and wasn’t sure how the return would go. "Exchange was quick, but communication could’ve been clearer"
I had to exchange my shoes, and the actual process was quick. The staff was helpful once I got there, which I appreciated. That said, I was a little annoyed because the communication around what I needed to do wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. In the end it worked out fine, but it could’ve been smoother.

"Clean Store and Easy to Shop"
I had a good visit here. The store was clean when I walked in, the floors looked nice, and the shoe aisles weren’t a total mess like they can be at some places. There were a few boxes out of place, especially around the sale area, but nothing too bad. It just makes a difference when a store is kept up a bit, because everyone deserves to be able to shop without digging through chaos. I was able to find my size easily, so overall it was a good experience

"Wish I hadn’t counted on the delivery date"
The delivery was fine in the end, but I do kind of regret trusting the original date they gave me. My shoes showed up a couple days late, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it was annoying since I was expecting them sooner.

Tracking barely updated, so I kept checking and basically just guessing where the package was. Nothing was damaged and the order was correct, but next time I’d only buy if I didn’t need it by a certain day

I picked up a pair from Shoe Dept Encore last weekend while I was killing time before grabbing a coffee, they’re a little hit or miss. They look really nice at first glance and I’ve already gotten a couple compliments, but after wearing them a few times, they started to feel kind of cheap. Not awful or anything, especially for the price, but I’m not totally convinced they’ll last more than a season. I’ll still wear them for casual errands and stuff, just probably not for a full day on my feet.
